You've got a special short term rental or maybe multiple in the Red River Gorge of Eastern Kentucky, now you want to showcase it/them, but you're not sure how, thats where I step in! My approach to photographing rentals has a lot to do with the deep respect I have for other small business owners. You've poured your heart, time, resources, and energy into the space, and I want my work that I produce on your behalf to reflect that for you. I love when tourists from outside of the area can come find respite in this magical place we all love, and being able to help bridge the gap between what you've created and your ideal guests is such a delight! With my experience in photography, videography and having cleaned many cabins in the area over the years and provided various forms of property management for short term rentals, I have a lot of hands on expereince with RRG rentals, and I know what potential renters are looking for when viewing listings. Peruse the offerings I have created below, if you can't find what you need, I am happy to tailor my services to best support your goals, think of the following options as a spring-board.
Option 1: 1 hour of coverage, this includes outside/landscape, surrounding the rentals's details, multiple photos of each room from various angles, details of the interior, exterior and any other amenities highlighting what you see pertinent for your renters to have showcased to them. Starts at $550, this includes travel, editing, planning, and total gallery access. Guarantee of 40-80 images.
Option 2: 6 hours of coverage, I start photos in the afternoon and photograph the space as listed above with the end goal aiming to achieve lovely photos of the rental throughout a span of time to showcase the space in varying light, ending the session with some warm and cozy images at dusk with the lights on while photographing from the exterior to make the space seem even more inviting. I aim to tell the story of the rental, its charm beyond what I can capture in an hour's time. This option will provide lots of imagery for social media, website propagation, and beyond. I will take 4k video on my iPhone pro from the exterior, as well as some walk through video so you can utilize it for social media/rental listings. Starts at $850, this includes travel, editing, planning, and total gallery access. Guarantee of 120 or more images.
Option 3: Overnight with creative direction. This is my most involved rental documenting session due to the fact that I will bring in models and create a sort of lifestyle-story-telling session of the space in use, a visual representation of what guests themselves can come to expect with an emphasis on romanticizing the experience. This goes beyond imagery of empty rooms and allows the viewers to relate to what you're offering even more. It's an expansion of the above offerings with an overnight stay for myself and my models. Think of the models as props and the rental and its accents as the main focus. Things to get your ideas flowing; people enjoying the campfire ring at night, coffee in the morning, collaborations with local makers so you can cross promote on social media, long exposure starry night sky above your rental, yoga on the porch, lounging in the hammock; to name a few. Again, this is an expansion on the above sessions so you will still get comprehensive photos of the rental inside and out, 4k video, and my creative direction. This price includes compensating 2 models (with the option to add more for $200 per person) and the extra time spent planning with you to come up with in-depth goals and with the models to plan our shots/concepts. $1,500. Guarantee of 200 or more images.
Option 4: Multi cabin rate. Take Option 1 and reduce it to $300 per cabin for a multi cabin discount. All cabins must be photographed all on the same day for a minimum of 2 cabins. This includes travel, editing, planning, and total gallery access. Guarantee of 40 to 80 images per space.

Your gallery will include all edited images available in both high resolution and web-sized for you to keep with access to use for this business' promotion only. Video will be delivered via dropbox. I provide a custom edit for all my sessions so your photos will be unique and totally in-tune with the aesthetic of your rental space. You can expect your gallery to be delivered within 3 to 12 weeks depending on the season (busy season is typically late May to August and mid September to the end of November, give or take a few weeks). I need more time during season due to the volume at which I am photographing other events/sessions. I do offer expedited galleries as an add on; for Options 1 & 2 it is $200 for a 72 hour turnaround time, and for Options 3 & 4 I offer a 5 day turnaround for $400. Expedited galleries are only available if I can logistically manage them with my schedule upon booking my services. I do require payment in full and a signed contract to secure my services.
